Not only was Edie informative of the process she was there for EVERYTHING. The late night panics because we didn't think we offered a good amount to the last minute debacles we faced with closing. Not once did she show signs of being aggravated or annoyed with us. She kept us calm through the entire process and made sure that anytime we had questions she answered them fully.
